Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us through the contact form on our website. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank
